    Description / Table of Contents: Zirkon wurde durch potentiometrische acidimetrische Titration der bei der Umsetzung seines Hydroxids mit KF freiwerdenden Hydroxidionen bestimmt. Zur Titanbestimmung eignet sich diese Methode nicht. Be, Al, La, Th und Kationen der II. Gruppe stören, während Cr, Ni, Co, Zn und Mu selbst in größerer Menge ohne Einfluß auf die Genauigkeit sind. Diese Methode ist schnell, einfach und ergibt befriedigende Ergebnisse.
    Notes: The potentiometric acidimetric determination of zirconium is based on the interaction between its hydroxide and KF yielding hydroxide ions which are determined with standard HCl as titrant. This method is not suitable for the estimation of titanium. The presence of Be, Al, La, Th and second group cations interfere. However, the presence of Cr, Ni, Co, Zn and Mn even in larger quantities does not affect the accuracy of the results. The method is quick, simple, specific and yields satisfactory results.
