    Description / Table of Contents: The drift mobility is determined by time-of-flight-method using the electron beam technique for partially crystalline PETP-foils. Based on the characteristic dependences of the mobility on the electrical field, temperature and especially on the hopping distance a hopping mechanism by MOTT is suggested to apply to the charge carrier transport. In all cases the crystallites are the hopping centres. Orientation of the molecules perpendicular to the direction of the transport is accompanied by a slight decrease of the mobility.
    Notes: Die Driftbeweglichkeit wird in partiell kristallinen PETP-Folien mit der Transitmethode nach der Elektronenimpulstechnik bestimmt. Aus den charakteristischen Abhängigkeiten der Beweglichkeit vom elektrischen Feld, der Temperatur und besonders der Hoppingdistanz wird auf einen Hoppingmechanismus nach MOTT geschlossen. In allen Fällen erweisen sich die Kristallite als Hoppingzentrum. Die Molekülorientierung senkrecht zur Stromrichtung geht mit einer geringen Abnahme der Beweglichkeit einher.
