Abstract The internal conversion coefficients were measured for the 88.032 keVE3 transition in109Ag using the 4π pressurized proportional counter, the windowless 4π scintillation counter and the double-focusing magnetic spectrometer. The results are:α T =26.4±0.4,α K =11.4±0.3, $$\alpha _{L_1 } = 0.63 \pm 0.13, \alpha _{L_2 } = 5.48 \pm 0.18, \alpha _{L_3 } = 6.11 \pm 0.20, \alpha _M = 2.40 \pm 0.08, \alpha _{N\underset{\raise0.3em\hbox{$\smash{\scriptscriptstyle-}$}}{O} } = 0.405 \pm 0.021$$ . The theoretical conversion coefficients were calculated for this transition and for the 391.69 keV M4 transition in113In and were found to be in agreement with the experiment.
