    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Die Glutathionreductase menschlicher Leukocyten und Thrombocyten wurde durch FAD im optischen Test nicht aktiviert, sondern durch steigende FAD-Konzentrationen zunehmend gehemmt. Im Gegensatz dazu erfuhr das Enzym in Erythrocyten der gleichen Probanden eine normale Aktivierung.
    Notes: Summary The glutathione reductase of human leukocytes and thrombocytes was not activated by FAD in the optic test. The enzyme was inhibited by 1.8×10−6 M and higher concentrations of FAD. By contrast, normal enzyme activation by FAD was observed in the erythrocytes from the same subjects.
