Résumé Des observations sont presenté sur l'absorption et le transport du protein «horse radish» peroxidase par le plexus choroidien du rat pendant sa maturation. Dans tout les animaux injectés les produits de réaction de peroxidase étaient identifiés dans les membranes basales et latérales et les espaces intercéllulaires. Aucun trace de peroxidase n'était demonstré à l'interieure des cellules epithéliales du plexus avant l'age de 4–5 jours.

Summary The uptake and transport of the tracer protein horse-radish peroxidase was studied in the developing choroid plexus of the rat. In all age groups the tracer was identified in the vascular compartment and in intercellular spaces but none was present within choroidal epithelial cells prior to the 4th to 5th day post partum.
