Bonding prestressed CFL to strengthen reinforced RC structures can improve the bendingcapability of structures and the working efficient of CFL. Base on the fatigue experiments of 4 RCbeams strengthened by prestressed CFL, the present paper analyzes the fatigue properties ofprestressed CFL reinforced RC beams. Comparing with the experimental results of strengthened RCbeams without prestress, it can be concluded that the prestressed technology can improve thereinforcing effect and fatigue lives
