    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Beschreibung des Falles eines beim Dienstsport zusammengebrochenen jungen Polizeibeamten, bei dem eine intraventrikuläre Blutung mit vollständiger Ventrikeltamponade und Austritt in die basalen Hirnzisternen nachgewiesen wurde. Blutungsquelle war ein Angiom des Plexus chorioideus der Seitenventrikel.
    Notes: Summary This is a case report of a young policeman who collapsed in the course of a football game. He died seven days later due to a massive intraventricular hemorrhage that resulted in internal hematocephalus. The source of the bleeding was obviously a bilateral angioma of the choroid plexus of the lateral ventricles.

    Notes: Summary Report of a 33-year-old man with a yearlong historory of low-back pain radiating into the left leg. Neurologic examination upon admission tto the hospital revealed a spinal compression syndrome at the lovel L5. Laminectomy at L4/5 revealed an encapsulated intradural tumor measuring 4×2.5×2.5 cm. The tumor was attached to the dorsal root L4 and extended downward to the conus region. Light and electron microscopy revealed features mostly consistent with a mixed chemodectoma and ganglioneuroma.
