1. Photographische Methode: Auf die Wundfläche vom. 0 Tag = 100% werden diejenigen des 3., 6. and 9. Tages bezogen and statiatisch berechnet. Tag and statistische Berechnung.
Notes:
Summary Standardized punch-hole wounds were produced on the dorsal skin of rats to measure wound-healing processes. Two methods were used: 1. Photographic Method. The original wound area is compared to the wound areas on days 3, 6, and 9 and the differences are statistically evaluated. This model allows the study of the effect of Kallikrein on the healing process. 2. Thermographic Method. Isothermic regions are measured in three circular zones of the wound. The most peripheral zone equals 0; the total wound temperature on days 3, 6, and 8 is compared to this value and the results are subjected to statistical analysis.
