Summary 1. It is shown that in the striated muscle rhythm and palisade like disposed specific organic centers exist. Here the functional innervation, the motor endplates and the vascular system are united. 2. Between those characteristic organic centers the structurally poor intermediary zones are localized. They only contain capillary, non innervated blood vessels. In those zones probably the function of the organic centers is equilibrated. 3. The ringle nervous fibres originating from the mixed nerves in the organic centers have special morphological functions related to the organisation of the organic structure. Those fibres also contribute to the formation of motor endplates. 4. Jabonero's neural formation “of distance” seems to accompany the nutritive blood vessels of the striated muscle only in those parts, which are not devoted to the specific function of the organ.
Abstract:
Résumé 1. On démontre, que dans le muscle strié il existe des centres organiques spécifiques disposés rythmiquement en pallisade. Ici l'innervation fonctionelle, les plaques motrices et les vaisseaux sanguins sont disposés 2. Entre ces centres organiques bien characterisés se trouvent les zones intermédiaires pauvres en structure, qui contiennent seulement des capillaires pas innervées. Ces sont les zones, où on probablement la fonction des centres organiques peut s'équilibrer. 3. Les fibres nerveuses singulières, qui s'originent des nerfs mixtes des centres organiques ont des fonctions morphologiques spéciales, lesquelles sont liées à l'organisation structurelle. Ces fibres contribuent aussi à la formation des plaques motrices. 4. La synapse à distance deJabonero semble seulement accompagner les vaisseaux sanguins nutritifs du muscle strié et des vaisseaux qui n'appartiennent pas à la fonction spécifique de l'organe.

Zusammenfassung 1. Es wird gezeigt, daß die Skelettmuskulatur aus spezifischen, rhythmisch angeordneten Organzentren besteht, in welchen die funktionelle Gesamtinnervation, die motorischen Endplatten und das hier mit diesen Neuralstrukturen innig vergesellschaftete Gefäßsystem palisadenartig angeordnet sind. 2. Zwischen diesen wohl charakterisierten Organzentren sind die strukturarmen, lediglich durch eine ausgiebige, anscheinend nicht innervierte Kapillarisation gekennzeichneten Intermediärzonen eingeschaltet, in deren Bereich die funktionelle Tätigkeit der Organzentren ausschwingen dürfte. 3. Den aus den gemischten Nerven im Bereiche der Organzentren austretenden vegetativen Einzelfasern kommen in diesen Bereichen morphologisch besonders gekennzeichnete Funktionen zu, welche an die Organstruktur der Örtlichkeit gebunden sind. Diese Fasern tragen auch zum Aufbau motorischer Endplatten bei. 4. DieJabonerosche Synapse auf Distanz begleitet wahrscheinlich nur die am nutritiven Kreislauf der quergestreiften Muskulatur beteiligten Gefäßabschnitte, die nicht mit der spezifischen Organfunktion zusammenhängen.
