Summary The G-l-P phosphorylase activity in different oncotypes of the nervous system has been studied using histochemical techniques. An increase of the activity is related to the degree of differentiation in an embryogenetic sense; whereas a decrease of the activity has been noticed in the atypical cellular forms. Further-more in all the oncotypes examined, the enzymatic activity is remarkable high in the reactive-hypertrophic cells.
Abstract:
Résumé Par des techniques histochimiques, nous avons étudié l'activité G-l-P phosphorylasique dans différents oncotypes du système nerveux central. Cette activité augmente parallèlement au processus de différentiation cellulaire dans le sens embryogénétique, et diminue parallèlement au processus de déviation vers des formes atypiques. De mÊme, dans tous les oncotypes examinés, l'activité enzymatique apparaÎt considérable dans les éléments cellulaires réactivo-hypertrophiques.

Zusammenfassung Es wurde die G-l-P-Phosphorylase in den verschiedenen Hirngeschwülsten mit Hilfe histochemischer Methoden untersucht. Eine Vermehrung der AktivitÄt steht mit dem Differenzierungsgrad, im ontogenetischen Sinn, deutlich im Zusammenhang; dagegen veranla\t die maligne Entwicklung ein Abnehmen des Enzyms. Au\erdem ist stets eine Vermehrung der AktivitÄt im Zusammenhang mit reaktiven Prozessen der Zellen festzustellen.
