Abstract:
Notes:
Summary The gas chromatographic behaviour of different trifluoroacetyl (TFA) steroid derivatives on different stationary phases (XE-60, OV-1, OV-17, OV-101) is systematically investigated and compared with the corresponding trimethylsilyl ether (TMSi) and heptafluorobutyrate (HFB) derivatives. Emphasis is laid on the relative retention data and on the response factors which reflect the different sensitivity of the flame ionization detector for TMSi-, TFA- and HFB-derivatives.
