Crystallographic data and vibrational spectra of some tellurium containing perovskites of the type A3IIB2IIITeO9The preparation of some new mixed oxides, of the type Sr3M2TeO9 (M = Al, Ga, In) and Ca3M2TeO9 (M = Al, Ga, In, Co, Fe, Cr) is described, which are structurally related to the perovskite. The unit cell parameters of these phases have been determined from the corresponding powder diagrams. The vibrational spectra are recorded and assigned and the force constants for the TeO6 units present in these lattices are calculated. It is also shown, that the incorporation of trivalent lanthanide cations in these systems is only possible in a limited extent.

Es wird die Darstellung einer Reihe neuer Mischoxide des Typs Sr3M2TeO9 (M = Al, Ga, In) und Ca3M2TeO9 (M = Al, Ga, In, Co, Fe, Cr) beschrieben, welche strukturell mit dem Perowskit verwandt sind. Die Gitterkonstanten dieser Phasen wurden aus den entsprechenden Pulverdiagrammen ermittelt. Die Schwingungsspektren wurden aufgenommen und zugeordnet. An Hand derselben wurden die Kraftkonstanten für die in diesen Gittern vorliegenden TeO6-Gruppen, abgeschätzt. Es wurde auch festgestellt, daß in diesen Systemen nur ein begrenzter Einbau dreiwertiger Lanthanid-Kationen möglich ist.
