Zusammenfassung Wegen der doch noch aufgetretenen lokalen Komplikationen und der häufigen Thrombosen haben wir die von Dubernard angegebene Methode der Pankreassegmenttransplantation in einigen Punkten abgeändert: Bei der Entnahme wird das Transplantat orthograd perfundiert und der Pankreasgang mit einer alkoholischen Prolaminlásung ausgegossen. Der Zugang für die Implantation auch einer Niere erfolgt über eine mediane Unterbauchlaparotomie, der Truncus coeliacus wird terminolateral an die A. iliaca interna angeschlossen und das Pankreastransplantat in den Douglas plaziert.

Summary Because of the still occurring tryptic complications and the frequently observed thrombosis of the splenic vessels we have modified the technique of segmental pancreas grafting firstly described by Dubernard. At the end of donor operation the graft was perfused orthograde and the pancreatic duct was occluded with an alcoholic prolamin solution. The pancreas and kidney were both transplanted via a median hypogastric incision, the celiac trunk was anastomosed terminolaterally with the internal iliac artery, and the pancreas graft was placed intraperitoneally into the Douglas' pouch.
