Notes: Summary The pharmacokinetics of vinorelbine has been investigated by a new HPLC method in 8 cancer patients receiving 8 weekly doses (30 mg·m−2) administered by brief infusion (15 min). The plasma concentration-time curves showed a tri-exponential decay with a long terminal half-life (44.7 h) and a high volume of distribution (Vz=75.61·kg−1). The concentrations after the 8th infusion were significantly lower than after the 1st infusion, but without significant modification of CL (1.28 l·h−1·kg−1) or AUC (0.80 mg·l−1·h). The pharmacokinetic parameters exhibited wide inter-individual variations. The results are consistent with those of previous RIA studies, although the HPLC method appears to be more specific and more precise.

Description / Table of Contents: The equivalence of the C(CN)2- and the NCN-groups with oxygen in the series of homologous ions C(CN)-3, N(CN)-2, OCN- and NOC(CN)-2, NO-2 causes us to postulate a more general value of this relation. Arguments for the formulation of a pseudochalkogen series C(CN)2—NCN—O are discussed. Synthesis, structure and reactivity of some dicyanmethanido- and cyanamido-oxoanions RCOY-, CO2Y2-, COY2-2, NOY-, NO2Y-, PO3Y3-, PO2Y3-2 and SO2Y2- are described. (Y = C(CN)2, NCN.) The preparation of some triorganoleadacyles is reported.
Notes: Die weitgehende Äquivalenz der C(CN)2- und NCN-Gruppen mit Sauerstoff in den Reihen homologer Ionen C(CN)-3, N(CN)-2, OCN- und NOC(CN)-2, NO-2 führte zur Frage nach einer Generalisierbarkeit dieser Äquivalenzbeziehung. Verschiedene Argumente, die zur Formulierung der Pseudolkogenreihe C(CN)2—NCN—O führen, werden diskutiert. Synthese, Struktur und Reaktivität verschiedener Dicyanmethanido- und Cyanamido-oxoanionen RCOY-, CO2Y2-, COY2-2, NOY-, NO2Y-, PO3Y3-, PO2Y3-2, SO2Y2- (Y = C(CN)2, NCN) werden beschrieben. Über die Darstellung von Triphenylbleiacylen wird berichtet.
