Summary A method for the in vitro preparation of an artificial human fibrinogen-deficient plasma by immunoadsorption is presented: The fibrinogen content in a treated plasma is diminished below 10% of initial concentration. The activity of other examinated factors is sufficient to guarantee the process of clotting after addition of purified fibrinogen.

Zusammenfassung Es wird eine Methode zur Herstellung eines künstlichen menschlichen Fibrinogenmangelplasmas in vitro mittels der Immunoadsorption angegeben: Der Fibrinogengehalt eines Plasmas wird unter 10% des Ausgangswertes gesenkt. Die Aktivität der anderen Gerinnungsfaktoren bleibt ausreichend, um nach Zugabe reinen Fibrinogens die Gerinnung zu gewährleisten.
