The calculation determining enzymatic metabolism under variable reaction conditions is possible on the basis of its reaction kinetics.In this connection a scientific and mathematical well established model is given, which allows to calculate metabolism that is catalized enzymatically. Experimental evidence for the validity of this model is given for cases both soluble and immobilized Invertase preparation are used. It is substantiated by the fact that the experimental values are in good agreement with the calculated data.
