Description / Table of Contents: Enynes from Cyclooctatetraene Oxide7,8-Epoxy-1,3,5-cyclooctatriene (cyclooctatetraene oxide) (1) reacts with ethynylmagnesium bromides 2 to give the ethynyl-cycloheptatrienyl-carbinoles 3, which can be converted with thionyl chloride into the enynes 4.

Notes: 7,8-Epoxy-1,3,5-cyclooctatrien (Cyclooctatetraenoxid) (1) reagiert mit Äthinylmagnesium-bromiden 2 zu den Äthinyl-cycloheptatrienyl-carbinolen 3, die mit Thionylchlorid in die Enine 4 übergeführt werden können.
