Summary Subcutaneous and intravenous injections of 7-methylguanine (single dose: 1 mg/animal/twice weekly; total dose: 212 mg/animal) showed no carcinogenic action in BR 46 rats. The medium life span of the experimental groups corresponded to that of the controls.
