Zusammenfassung Die Capillarmikroskopie im ultravioletten Strahlenbereich ist durch die Einführung bildwandelnder Systeme praktisch vereinfacht worden. Damit ist auch der Weg für spektrophotometrische Untersuchungen bei kurzen Wellenlängen eröffnet. Für diesen Zweck wird eine Objektkammer angegeben, mit der transparente Objekte bei optimaler Beleuchtung untersucht werden können. Die Einzelheiten der Kammer und die Technik der Objektpräparation (Rattenmesenterium) werden beschrieben.

Summary The capillary microscopy in the ultraviolet range has been improved by the development of image-converting systems. It became possible to make spectrophotometric measurements in the short wavelength range. For this purpose we constructed an object chamber, suited for transparent tissues under optimal microscopic illumination. The details of the chamber and the technique of the tissue preparation (rat's mesenterium) are described.
