α-Substituted Phosphonates, XI1). Phosphono-aminomethylation with Derivatives of the Formylphosphonic Acid.The ester 2b of immoniomethanephosphonic acid, prepared from the diethyl ester of dimethylamino-methoxymethanephosphonic acid, reacts with nucleophiles by „α-phosphono-α-aminomethylation“: OH-, SH- or NH-acid compounds give O,N-, S,N- or N,N-acetals*) of the diester of the formylphosphonic acid, PH-acid compounds give bis-phosphono compounds (5c). The N-sulfonylated N,N-acetals (8) cleave under mild conditions to give sulfonyl-formamidines and diethyl phosphite. - Aryl-alkyl ketones react with 2b forming the esters 10 of 1-dimethylamino-2-aroylethanephosphonic acid which split off amine yielding esters of aroylvinylphosphonic acid.

Der Immoniomethanphosphonsäureester 2b aus Dimethylamino-methoxy-methanphosphonsäurediäthylester (1b) reagiert mit Nucleophilen im Sinne einer „α-Phosphono-α-aminomethylierung“: OH-, SH- bzw. NH-acide Verbindungen ergeben O,N-, S,N- bzw. N,N-Acetale ∗) des Formylphosphonsäureesters, PH-acide Verbindungen geben Bis-phosphono-Verbindungen (5c). Bei den N-sulfonylierten N,N-Acetalen 8 tritt eine glatte Spaltung der P-C-Bindung unter milden Bedingungen zu Sulfonyl-formamidin und Diäthylphosphit ein. - Aryl-alkyl-ketone geben mit 2b die 1-Dimethylamino-2-aroyl-äthanphosphonsäureester 10, die unter Amin-Abspaltung in Aroylvinylphosphonsäureester übergehen.
