Conclusion Our conclusion suggests [3,9] that during an anaphylactic shock, in guinea-pigs there are two kinds of prostaglandin synthesis and/or release: - a specific production of PGF2α (bronchoconstrictors) which are released and/or synthetized at the same time as histamine, - a non specific one, the production of PGE and F being secondary to the release of histamine.
