Abstract:
Notes:
Summary In the last few years, liquid column chromatography experiences a second Renaissance. By improvement of the separation efficiency, reduction of the analysis time and automation of the analytical process, particularly the detection, this method became an important tool in the analysis of high-boiling and thermally unstable substances. A new liquid chromatograph is described, which permits to carry out analytical and preparative separations without any limitation. Examples for application show the universality of the instrument.
