Immobilization of amyloglucosidase (EC 3.2.1.3) from Endomycopsis bispora and Aspergillus niger was followed with carriers containing epoxide, aldehyde, and primary amino groups. Determinations of stability of bound enzyme showed that the most active and stable preparations were obtained by application of the carrier with amino groups activated with glutaraldehyde (activity half-life 96.6 days). Optimum pH and and temperature were found for cleavage of starch solution and KM(app) and Vmax(app) values were determined for all prepared samples.
