ZusammenfaBung Bei 13 Patienten mit einem Lymphosarkom des Magens wurde die Diagnose präoperativ in 7 Fällen durch gezielte gastroskopische Biopsie gestellt. Das makroskopische EinteilungBchema von Gütgemann u. Schreiber erweist sich als wertvoll für die Prognose. Die pathologisch-histologische Differenzierung erfolgt nach der Kieler KlaBsifikation der malignen NonHodgkin-Lymphome. Ein therapeutisches Konzept, basierend auf radikaler Chirurgie, Strahlentherapie und kombinierter Chemotherapie, wird vorgestellt. ErkrankungBtadium und Malignitätsgrad des Lymphoms bestimmen die Therapie.

Summary In 13 patients with a lymphosarcoma of the stomach the diagnosis was obtained preoperatively in 7 cases by directed gastroscopic biopsy. The macroscopic claBification of Gütgemann and Schreiber is useful for prognosis of survival. Histopathologically the tumors were claBified as malignant non-Hodgkin lymphomas according to Lennert. A therapeutic schedule based on radical surgery, radiation, and combined chemotherapy is presented. Clinical staging and grade of malignancy of the lymphoma determine the therapeutic management.
