Conclusions The alloying additions of the oxides of rare-earth elements make it possible to control the electrical parameters (ρ s, TCR, Rc, ΔRc) of thick-film resistors based on Bi2Ru2O7 and Rb2Ru2O6. The optimum combination of properties is obtained in alloying with La2O3: specific surface resistance of 102–105 Ω/□, TCR resistance ±150-10−6 K−1, transition contact resistance less than 1.5% of the nominal resistance. The effect of alloying on the properties of thick-film resistors is based on the mechanism by which the oxides dissolve in the glass phase and play the role of modifying additions occupying vacancies in the network structure of glass and stretching this structure. Consequently, the width of the dielectric phase increases, the specific resistance of the films increases, and the minimum temperature dependence of the resistance is displaced to high temperatures.
