Zusammenfassung Luxationen, Frakturen oder Luxationsfrakturen am Fuß können (aufgrund der Schwere der Verletzung oder im Gefolge einer ungenügenden primären Diagnostik, Reposition oder Retention) zu ausgeprägten schmerzhaften Arthrosen der Fußwurzel, teilweise mit erheblicher Verformung des Fußes führen. Lassen sich auf konservativem Wege die Beschwerden and die Gehfähigkeit nicht mehr befriedigend verbessern, bietet sich als operative Maßnahme eine teilweise Versteifung, ggf. unter gleichzeitiger Stellungskorrektur einzelner oder mehrerer Fußwurzelgelenke an. An 31 Fällen aus dem Krankengut der BG Unfallklinik Tübingen werden Indikation, Technik and Ergebnisse korrigierender Osteotomien der Fußwurzel demonstriert.

Summary Dislocations, fractures, and combination dislocations of the foot can lead to severe, painful arthrosis of the tarsal bones, in some cases with considerable deformation of the foot. These problems can result from severe injuries or from a false initial diagnosis, reposition or retention. If it is not possible to use conservative treatment to improve the condition and general mobility, a possible surgical method is partial arthrodesis. This may be combined with correction of the malposition of one or several joints of the foot. The indications, surgical methods, and results of corrective osteotomy of the foot are demonstrated from material taken from 31 case files treated in our clinic in Tübingen.
