    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Im Experiment wurde der Einfluß der SPV auf den Phosphatmetabolismus der Magenwand bei Ratten mittels 31P-NMR Spektroskopie untersucht. Die SPV bewirkt unmittelbar nach der Operation eine Destruktion des Stoffwechsels der Magenwandzellen. Vier Tage nch der SPV kommt es zur Regeneration des Metabolismus. Eine Woche nach der Operation ist die funktionelle Zellregeneration abgeschlossen, der Stoffwechsel aber verlangsamt. Dies hat eine reduzierte Produktion von S`aure und Schutzfaktoren der Magenschleimhaut zur Folge. Experimentelle Läasionen der Magenschleimhaut durch Phenylbutazon bewirken ebenso eine Zerstörung des Stoffwechsels der Magenwandzellen bis zum kompletten Zelluntergang.
    Notes: Summary The phosphate metabolism of the gastric wall after proximal selective vagotomy (PSV) was investigated by means of 31P-NMR spectroscopy. The destruction of metabolism has been found just after PSV resulting in a significant decrease of adenosine diphosphates and adenosine triphosphates. 4 and 7 days after PSV the progress of metabolism regeneration was detected, nevertheless with the retardation of high energy phosphates ischemic degradation. The results indicate not only a hydrochloric acid activity reduction but diminution of gastric mucosa protective factors, too. In experimental gastric ulcers no energy phosphates have been found suggesting a mucosa cells necrobiosis.

    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Die Ergebnisse einer1H-NMR-spektroskopischen Untersuchung der thermischen Reaktivität von festen Polyvanadaten der allgemeinen Formel Sr1−x H2x V6O16 · H2O werden dargelegt, bei denenx=0 (a),x=0.3–0.6 (b) andx=1 (c) ist. Die Protonen sind in V - OH-Gruppen (b, c) und V - O ... H-Gruppen (a, b, c), H2O molekulen sowie in H2O ... H2O-Systemen (a, b, c) gebunden. Die Dehydratisierung der untersuchten Verbindungen erfolgt stufenweise. Vollständige Dehydratisierung führt zur Zersetzung der ursprünglichen Strukturen und zur Bildung von Sr(VO3)2, SrV12O30 und V2O5. Die Ergebnisse bestätigen die Rolle des Kristallwassers bei der Stabilisierung der Strukturen der untersuchten Verbindungen.
    Abstract: Резюме Представлены резулт аты исследования термической реакцио нной способности твердых поливанадат ов общей формулы Sr1− xH2xV6O16· вода и их ПМР спектрос копия. Были изучены соедине ния сx=0 (а),x=0.3– 0.6 (б) их=1 (в). Протоны связаны в V-OH (группа соединений б, в) и V-O ... H (соединения а, б, в), в молекулы H2O (соединени я а, б, в) и в системы H2O ... H2O (со единения а, б, в). Дегидратация исслед ованных протекает ступенчат о. Полная дегидратаци я вызывает разложение исходных вещуств с образованием Sr(VO3)2, SrV12O30 и V2O5. Результаты подтверждают роль кр исталлизационной воды в стабилизации с труктур исследованн ых соединений.
    Notes: Abstract The results of study of the thermal reactivity and1H NMR spectroscopy of solid polyvanadates of general formula Sr1−x H2x V6O16 · aq are presented. Compounds withx=0 (a),x ∈ (0.3–0.6) (b) andx=1 (c) were studied. The protons are bonded in V - OH (b, c) and V - O ... H (a, b, c) groups, in H2O molecules (a, b, c) and in H2O ... H2O systems (a, b, c). Dehydration of the studied compounds proceeds stepwise. Total dehydration causes decomposition of the original structures and Sr(VO3)2, SrV12O30 and V2O5 are formed. The results confirm the role of crystal water in stabilizing the structures of the studied compounds.

    Notes: 13C NMR chemical shifts and 13C-31P coupling constants of fourteen derivatives from 3,9-di(alkylphenoxy)-2,4,8,10-tetraoxa-3,9-diphosphaspiro[5.5]undecane and of eight derivatives of the 3,9-dioxo type are reported. All investigated compounds possess a chair conformation with the lone pair or the phosphoryl oxygen in the equatorial position. The alkylphenoxy groups are in a cis position with respect to the lone pair or the phosphoryl oxygen. Conformational changes about the aryl—O bond can be monitored via 31P—O—C—13C couplings and their angular dependence was found to be non-symmetric.
