Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung In der Hämolymphe vonHelix pomatia wurden gaschromatographisch Fukose, Galaktose, Glukose, Mannose sowie N-Acetyl-Galaktosamin und N-Acetyl-Glukosamin nachgewiesen. Die quantitative Bestimmung des Gesamtzuckergehaltes ergab 2,2±0,3 mg/ml. Etwa 90% dieser Kohlenhydrate sind Bestandteile von nicht ultrafiltrierbaren Makromolekülen.
Notes: Summary Using gas-liquid-chromatography, fucose, galactose, glucose, mannose, N-acetyl-galactosamine and N-acetyl-glucosamine have been found in the hemolymph ofHelix pomatia. The total carbohydrate content of hemolymph was 2.2±0.3 mg/ml. Ninety percent of these sugars are part of macromolecules which could be retained by ultrafiltration.
