Summary Sterile homogenates of different organs of rats (spleen, lung, liver and kidney) induce cytolysis of cells of the Yoshida-ascites-sarcoma, if they are incubated in vitro at 37°C with shaking. Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, and Streptococcus viridans are not influenced by the same organ homogenates.

Zusammenfassung Bakteriologisch sterile Organhomogenate aus Rattenmilz,-lunge,-leber und-niere führen zur Cytolyse der Zellen des Yoshida-Ascites-Sarkoms, wenn diese in ihnen in vitro bei 37°C unter Schütteln inkubiert werden. Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes und Streptococcus viridans werden von den gleichen Organhomogenaten nicht angegriffen.
