    Notes: In unpolaren und stark polaren aprotischen Lösungsmitteln wird die Bromaddition an cis- und trans-Stilben quantitativ verfolgt. Die Ergebnisse erlauben Hinweise auf die unterschiedliche Stabilisierung des Zwischenzustandes der elektrophilen Addition, die im unpolaren Lösungsmittel mehr über Halonium-Ionen und im polaren Lösungsmittel über solvatstabilisierte klassische Carbonium-Ionen verläuft.

    Notes: (Benzoxazolonyl-3)-essigsäure läßt sich gut durch Umsetzung von Benzoxazolon mit Bromacetamid oder Bromacetonitril zu (Benzoxazolonyl-3)-acetamid bzw. (Benzoxazolonyl-3)-acetonitril und deren Verseifung mit Salzsäure darstellen. β-(Benzoxazolonyl-3)-propionsäure wird durch Cyanäthylieren von Benzoxazolon und Hydrolyse des gebildeten β-(Benzoxazolonyl-3)-propionsitrils gewonnen. Durch Arndt-Eistert-Synthese mit β-(Benzoxazolonyl-3)-propionsäurechlorid gewinnt man die γ-(Benzoxazolonyl-3)-buttersäure. α,β-Dibrompropionitril reagiert mit Benzoxazolon unter Bildung von α-Brom-β-(benzoxazolonyl-3)-propionitril, das sich mit Bromwasserstoffsäure zur α-Brom-β-(benzoxazolonyl-3)-propionsäure verseifen läßt. Bei der Hydrolyse mit Salzsäure findet zusätzlich ein Austausch von Brom gegen Chlor statt, es entsteht die α-Chlor-β-(benzoxazolonyl-3)-propionsäure.

    Notes: Die Herstellung der neuen Chinone wird beschrieben. Die Fähigkeit der 1,8-Äthylennaphthochinone-(3,4) in schwarze Kondensationsprodukte überzugehen wird in Beziehung zum Verhalten der 5,6-Indolchinoen und des 5,6-Hydrindenchinons gebracht. Die Autoxydabilität der 1,8-Äthylennaphthochinone-(3,4) sowohl in kristallinem Zustande als auch in Lösung ist bezeichnend für ihre Unbrauchbarkeit als Abbaukatalysatoren gegen α-Aminosäuren. Demgegenüber erwiesen sich die 1,8-Phenylennaphthochinone (3,4) bei fehlender Autoxydabilität nicht nur als geeignete Dehydrasemodelle gegen α-Aminosäuren, son dern auch wie beispielsweise im Falle ihres sulfonsaurem Kaliumsalzderivates als ausgezeichnetes Oxygenasemodell gegen Pyrogallol in Ab- und Anwesenheit von Spurenmetallen, insbesondere von Mangan.

    Notes: Die 8-Mercaptochinolin-5-sulfonsäure läßt sich aus 8-Chlorchinolin-5-sulfonsäure mit NaSH oder besser aus 8,8′-Dichinolyldisulfid durch Sulfurieren und nachfolgende Reduktion der 8, 8′-Dichinolyldisulfid-5, 5′-disulfonsäure mit H3PO2 darstellen. Die beim Methylieren erhältliche 8-Methylmercaptochinolin-5-sulfonsäure kann auch durch Sulfurieren von 8-Methylmercaptochinolin bei niedriger Temperatur erhalten werden, während bei höherer Temperatur durch Sekundärreaktionen 8-Dimethylsulfoniumchinolin-5-sulfonat sowie 8,8′ Dichinolyldisulfid-5,5′-disulfonsäure gebildet werden. Aus den IR-Spektren der festen Verbindungen und den Elektronenbandenspektren bei verschiedenen Wasserstoffionenkonzentrationen ergeben sich einige Aussagen über die Konstitution dieser Komplexbildner. Die bromatometrische Bestimmung der Substanzen wird beschrieben und die präparative Gewinnung einiger Oxydationsprodukte mitgeteilt. Über das 8-Methylmercaptochinolin-5-sulfochlorid werden einige 8-Methylmercaptochinolin-5-sulfonamide sowie das 5,8-Dimethylmercaptochinolin gewonnen.

    Notes: Ausgehend von Europiumoxidhalogeniden des Formeltyps EuOX wurde gemäß der Gleichung EuOX + LiH = EuO + LiX + 1/2 H2 ein neues Verfahren zur Darstellung von Europium(II)-oxid entwickelt. Zur systematischen Untersuchung der niederen Europium-oxide im Bereich EuO—EuO1,5 dienten Präparate, die durch Glühen feinpulverisierter EuO—Eu2O3-Gemische variabler Zusammensetzung bei 900°C unter sorgfältig gereinigtem Wasserstoff erhalten wurden. Die röntgenographische Phasenanalyse der Glühprodukte zeigte, daß im System EuO—Eu2O3 ein rhombisch kristallisierendes Zwischenoxid der Bruttoformel Eu3O4 auftritt, welches ebenso wie die beiden kubischen Grenzphasen kein merkliches Homogenitätsgebiet besitzt. Im Zusammenhang mit der Besprechung von chemischen und kristallographischen Eigenschaften der drei Verbindungen wird auch die Polymorphie von Eu2O3 nochmals diskutiert.

    Notes: An einem Chelatharz mit Sarkosin-Ankergruppen, das mit Nickel- bzw. Kupferionen beladen war, wurden Gemische chemisch ähnlicher Aminosäuren getrennt. Als Elutionsmittel diente destilliertes Wasser. Besonders geeignet ist die „halbbesetzte Kupferform“ des Sarkosin-Harzes, bei der nur die Hälfte der Ankergruppen komplexgebunden vorliegt. Diese Beladungsform erfordert keine Regenerierung nach jeder Trennung. Das Eluat enthält nur Aminosäuren; es ist frei von Schwermetallionen.

    Notes: Aus einer eingehenden Analyse der komplexchemischen Vorgänge bei der verdrängungs-chromatographischen Trennung von zweiwortigen komplexbildenden Metallionen am Iminodiessigsäure-Chelon-Harz (p. a. IDE-Harz) mittels verdünnter starker Säuren wird eine einfache mathematische Beziehung zur Berechnung der Stabilitätskonstanten für die Komplexe des p. a. IDE-Harzes abgeleitet. Die Berechnung erfolgt ausschließlich aus dem pH-Verlauf des Eluats. Die Korrelation mit potentiometrisch ermittelten Stabilitätskonstanten für die monomere N-Benzyliminodiessigsäure bzw. N-Methyliminodiessigsäure erweist die am p. a. IDE-Harz mit Cu2+, Ni2+, Zn2+, Co2+ und Ca2+ gebildeten 1:1-Komplexe eindeutig stabilitätsanalog zu den 1:1-Komplexen der N-Benzyliminodiessigsäure. Die Korrelation liefert ferner für das Produkt aus der ersten und zweiten Säuredissoziationskonstanten des p. a. IDE-Harzes den gleichen Wert wie für das Produkt aus der ersten und zweiten Säuredissoziationskonstanten der N-Benzyliminodiessigsäure.

Nucleophile Partner geben mit I Produkte, die vorwiegend denen des Cyclohexanons entsprechen, sich in der Regel aber unkatalysiert bilden. Die Thiocarbonylgruppe in Ia ist reaktiver als das Carbonyl im Cyclohexanon; andererseits sind die im Cyclohexanon carbonylbenachbarten Methylengruppierungen wesentlich reaktiver als die des Thiocyclohexanons Ia.

    Notes: Es werden die Synthesen von 2 homologen Reihen des 3-Hydroxy-2,5-diphenyl-pyrazins und 2-Benzoyl-4(5)-phenyl-imidazols beschrieben. p-n-Alkyl- und p-n-Alkoxyphenylglyoxal-hydrate kondensieren unter ammoniakalischen Bedingungen bevorzugt zu den entsprechenden Imidazolylketonen und nur in geringen Ausbeuten zu Hydroxypyrazinen. Die Alkylhomologen des Pyrazins schmelzen ab Äthylderivat zu kristallin-flüssigen Phasen auf, die dem smektischen Typ angehören. Mit wachsenden Flügelgruppen treten Umwandlungspunkte in diesen Phasen auf. Die beiden ersten Glieder der Ätherreihe haben zusätzlich einen nematischen Bereich. Allen Imidazolylketonen fehlen diese Eigenschaften. Der Einfluß der α-ständigen Hydroxygruppe am heterocyclischen Mittelstück der gestreckten Molekeln wird diskutiert.

    Notes: Die Selten-Erd-Titanate der allgemeinen Formel SETiO3 (SE: La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu Gd) wurden magnetochemisch mittels der Gouyschen Methode bei Zimmertemperatur vermessen. Dabei wurden im Falle der Titanate mit 4 f-Ionen Suszeptibilitätswerte gefunden, die sich von denen der Sesquioxide sehr wenig unterschieden, während LaTiO3 in seinem magnetischen Verhalten abweicht. Die Suszeptiblitätswerte bestätigen die Formulierung EuIITiIVO3 für Europiumtitanat und SEIIITiIIIO3 für die übrigen Selten-Erd-Titanate. Auf mögliche ferromagnetische und antiferromagnetische Eigenschaften dieser Verbindungen wird hingewiesen.

Die erforderlichen Protonen werden in einer Nebenreaktion von Redoxcharakter geliefert. Partielle Veresterungsprodukte des Tris-(β-hydroxy-äthyl)-amins setzen sich mit Kupfer(II)-salzen zu Koordinationsverbindungen von z. T. innerkomplexem Charakter um. Die Strukturen der dargestellten Verbindungen werden diskutiert.

    Notes: Determination of conductance, pH, spectrophotometry, and Refractive Index of a series of mixed solutions of uranylnitrate and zirconium-nitrate indicate the existence of one definite complex compound in the solution namely: \documentclass{article}\pagestyle{empty}\begin{document}$$ {\rm Zr(NO}_3)_4 - {\rm UO}_2 ({\rm NO}_3)_2 $$\end{document} Monovariation method of NAYAR and PANDE has been followed in the preparation of these solutions. A set of 22 solutions was prepared. In all the solutions the concentration of uranyl-nitrate was kept constant. While that of zirconium-nitrate was varied systematically and the physico-chemical properties measured. When these values are plotted against the concentration of zirconium-nitrate, curves are obtained with the specific break. The kink occurs at the exact stoichiometric ratio of the concentrations corresponding to the compound noted above.

Sie dehydrieren Pyrogallol nahezu gleich gut in Abwesenheit von Spurenmetallen und vielfach stärker in Anwesenheit von Mangan-Salz. Unter den Bedingungen der Dehydrasemessung gegen α-Aminosäuren sind die von uns dargestellten o-Naphthochinonsulfonylaryle wegen ihrer überaus starken Autoxydabilität in Abwesenheit des Substrates nicht brauchbar.

    Notes: Visible absorption spectra of cupric sulphate and various aliphatic amine solutions were analysed in order to extract information regarding each of amine copper(II) complexes. The presence of four different complexes, i. e. mono, di, tri and tetramine have been indicated by the shift of absorption maxima for these which lie in the vicinity of 750, 685, 640 and 625 mμ respectively. The energy changes of these complexes due to exchange of water ligand with amines have been calculated and an interpretation is offered for this shift in the observed position of absorption maxima.

    Notes: Co-ordination complexes between cobalt(ll)phthalimide, ammonia and a flew diamines have been prepared. The molecular formulae on the basis of percentages of constituent elements are Co(Phthalimide)2(amine)2 or 1. Conductivity measurements in nitrobenzene indicate the complexes to be non-electrolytes and hence it is suggested that phthalimide ion is also co-ordinated. Molecular weight measurements in the same solvent confirm this.

    Notes: Es werden Synthesen von substituierten 8-Hydroxy-alkyl-mercaptochinolinen und ihre Abwandlung zu den entsprechenden 8-Chloralkylderivaten beschrieben.Die dargestellten 8-Chloralkyl-mercapto-chinoline zeigen unterschiedliches Reaktionsverhalten bei intramolekularer Quaternisierung. UV-Spektren der Chinolyl-8-mercaptoketone, der entsprechenden Alkohole und der quaternären Verbindungen werden diskutiert. Mit Chinolyl-mercapto-dicarbonylverbindungen werden Cyclisierungsreaktionen zu bisheterocyclischen Thioäthern durchgeführt. Bei der Kondensation von 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazin zum Pyrazol- bzw. Pyrazolon-5-derivat wird der Ringschluß erschwert bzw. verhindert. Die synthetisierten Chinolyl-mercaptan-8-derivate sind als Plasthilfsstoffe von Bedeutung.

    Notes: Die Begriffe „participation“ und „assistance“ werden in ihrer Bedeutung für Solvolysevorgänge erörtert. Dabei wird auf die in der Literatur nicht immer gleiche Definition hingewiesen. Der Begriff „participation“ wird als unabhängig von der Forderung eines „intermediate“ erkannt. Unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der zumal von CRAM und WINSTEIN vertretenen Auffassungen wird dargelegt, daß auf dem Gebiet der innermolekularen Umlagerungen vom Typ der Retropinakolinumlagerung derzeit keine experimentellen Grundlagen vorhanden sind, die zwischen einem „transition state“ und einem „intermediate“ zu unterscheiden gestatten. Deshalb sind alle angeblichen Beweise für das Auftreten von „intermediates“, speziell „nichtklassischer“ Ionen, auch das etwas anders aufzufassende „halbklassische“ Phenoniumion, nicht bindend. Für die Umlagerungen in der Fenchanreihe lassen sich auf der Grundlage der klassischen Strukturlehre nicht nur einleuchtende Erklärungen, sondern darüber hinaus Richtlinien für weitere Untersuchungen gewinnen, die skizziert werden.

    Notes: This work deals with the chemical structure of a microcrystalline wax obtained from a Soviet Tuimasa deasphalted oil residue. Fractional crystallisation of the wax was carried out and the obtained fractions were further separated using silicagel adsorption chromatography column and urea adduction. It was found, that the ring No. and the branching of the molecules increased with descrease of the crystallisation temperature.

    Notes: P-Aminophenylessigsäure läßt sich in einfacher Weise gewinnen, in dem man das Natriumasalz der p-Nitrophenylessigsäure mit Hydrazin in wäßriger Lösung unter katalytischer Einwirkung von RANEY-Nickel umsetzt. Die erzielten Ausbeuten sind praktisch quantitativ.

Für die Gewinnung der wahren relativen Affinität des Hydrogensulfats wurde eine graphische Methode verwandt. Es wird die Ansicht gewonnen, daß für die Größe der Affinität eines Ions zum Ionenaustauscher die Größe der Deformationswirkung der Kationen bzw. die Deformierbarkeit der Anionen von entscheidender Bedeutung sind.

Alle vier Systeme zeigen nur geringe Abweichungen vom Raoultschen Gesetz. Die Ermittlung der Partialdampfdrücke erfolgte auf indirektem Wege mit Hilfe des numerischen Integrationsverfahrens nach Runge-Kutta. Die aus den Partialdampfdrücken errechneten Aktivitätskoeffizienten lassen sich befriedigend durch die Ansätze von Porter bzw. Redlich-Kister als Funktionen des Molenbruchs darstellen.

    Notes: Sol-gel transformation of mixed gels of silica, alumina and ferric oxide has been studied by determining the variations in pH with time of dialysis. For silica-alumina mixtures a pH of 2.9 is invariably reached irrespective of the alumina content of the mixtures. The amount of alumina present in the mixture influences the time of setting of the gel to a very great extent and it decreases with increase of the alumina content of the mixtures. These results have been explained in light of chemical interaction between the two gels to give aluminosilicates as well as in terms of controlled coagulation phenomenon with alumina behaving as a foreign electrolyte for bringing about the gelation of silicic acid.The results of silicic acid, ferric oxide gel forming mixtures are altogether different. In this case the time of gelation increases with the increase in the amount of ferric oxide in the gelation mixture, while a pH of 4.2 is reached irrespective of the amount of ferric oxide present. No evidence for the formation of ferric-silicate is obtained nor the gelation of these mixed sols can be explained in terms of controlled coagulation.The colloidal silica appears to act as protective colloid for the highly acedic ferric oxide sol. Viscometric and pH metric studies on the addition of alumina sol to mixtures of ferric oxide and silica sols indicate that alumina competes with ferric oxide in the formation of mixed gels. Here, too a pH of 2.9 is invariably reached irrespective of the alumina content in the mixed gels.

Aqueous solution of the uranyl nitrate and thorium nitrate were prepared in such a way that the concentration of uranyl nitrate was kept constant, while that of thorium nitrate was varied systematically, and the physico-chemical properties recorded. When the values are plotted against the concentration of thorium nitrate curves are obtained with the specific breaks. The kink occurs at exact stoichiometric ratio of the concentrations corresponding to the compound noted above.

In all the solutions the concentration of uranyl nitrate was kept constant (i. e. M/200), while that of lanthanum nitrate varied systematically from 0.0M to 0.021M. The physico-chemical properties, namely conductivity, pH, and spectrophotometry were used for the investigation of complex-compounds in the above system. When these values are plotted against the varying concentration of Lanthanum nitrate two breaks were obtained in the regular curves at concentrations corresponding to the compounds having the above formulae. The results obtained by all these physico-chemical properties are in excellent agreement leading to the same conclusions.

    Notes: Die Umsetzung von 2,4-Dinitro-phenyl-pyridiniumchlorid und 2,4-Dinitro-phenyl-isochinoliniumchlorid mit heterocyclischen Hydrazinen führt zu den entsprechenden Hydrazonen des 1-[2,4-Dinitro-anilino]-pentadien-(1,3)-als-(5) bzw. β-[2,4-Dinitro-anilino]-o-styroaldehyds. Durch Erhitzen der Hydrazone in Eisessig bzw. alkohol. Salzsäure erfolgt Ringschluß zu Pyridinium- bzw. Isochinolinium-betainen, die zur 1,3-dipolaren Addition befähigt sind und mit geeigenten Dipolaphilen zu Pyrazolo [1,5-a]pyridinen bzw. Pyrazolo-[5,1-a]isochinolinen cyclisieren.

    Notes: Im System Nd2O3-Yb2O3 tritt innerhalb eines relativ großen Bereiches Mischkristallbildung ein. Dies konnte durch Präzisionsbestimmung der Gitterkonstanten der einzelnen Mischoxide sowie durch Phasenbetrachtungen bewiesen werden. Bei der Untersuchung der Yb2O3-reichen Seite wurde eine Abhängigkeit der Mischbarkeitsgrenze von der Glühtemperatur gefunden und gedeutet. Die Mischkristalle der Yb2O3-reichen Seite weisen C-Sesquioxidstruktur (D53-Typ) auf. Die Untersuchung der Nd2O3-reichen Seite erfolgte unter Bedingungen, die das Auftreten des Nd2O3 im kubischen C-Typ gewährleisten. Auch hier konnte erhebliche Mischbarkeit nachgewiesen werden.

    Notes: Aus einer wäßrigen Lösung von monomerem DL-Glycerinaldehyd wird durch Reaktion mit N,N-Bis-(β-chloräthyl)-hydrazin in schwach alkalischem Medium das entsprechende Hydrazon in nicht analysenreinem Zustand gewonnen. DL-Glycerinaldehyd wie auch sein Diäthylacetal bilden dagegen beim Erhitzen mit N,N-Bis-(β-chloräthyl)-hydrazin-hydrochlorid in methanolischer Lösung in mäßiger Ausbeute β-[N,N-Bis-(β-chloräthyl)-hydrazino]-acrolein-N,N-bis-(β-chloräthyl)-hydrazon-hydrochlorid (I), dessen Struktur durch Synthese aus β-Äthoxy-acrolein-diäthylacetal und N,N-Bis-(β-chloräthyl)-hydrazin-hydrochlorid bewiesen wurde. Zur Bildung von I wird eine Dehydratisierung des Glycerinaldehyds bzw. seines Acetals unter Eliminierung der α-ständigen OH-Gruppe angenommen, wobei intermediär β-Hydroxyacrolein bzw. ein Derivat davon entsteht. Methylglyoxal, das bisher als einziges Dehydratisierungsprodukt des Glycerinaldehyds bekannt ist (Eliminierung der β-ständigen OH-Gruppe), und auch 1,3-Dihydroxyaceton liefern unter gleichen Bedingungen kein I. Dagegen tritt, besonders stark bei der Umsetzung mit Dihydroxyaceton, eine Spaltung der N-N-Bindung des Hydrazin-Lostes ein.

    Notes: In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde die Reaktionsfähigkeit der beiden Methylengruppen im 2,5-Diketopiperazin durch die Umsetzung mit aromatischen, heterocyclischen und aliphatischen Aldehyden eingehend untersucht. Dabei konnte festgestellt werden, daß auch aliphatische Aldehyde mit in Nachbarschaft zur C=O-Bindung stehenden aktivierenden Gruppen mit 2,5-Diketopiperazin reagieren. Ebenfalls war es möglich, Nitrosoverbindungen auf diese Weise zur Umsetzung zu bringen. Einige Benzylidenderivate wurden reduktiv in die entsprechenden Benzylderivate überführt.

    Notes: Acht verschiedene Alkylazide wurden bei Temperaturen zwischen 350 und 410°C im Argonstrom zersetzt; die mittlere Verweilzeit betrug 5-10 sec. Die primär gebildeten Alkylnitrene stabilisieren sich vorzugsweise unter 1,2-Hydridverschiebung, daneben treten in geringerem Ausmaß 1,2-Umlagerungen unter Wanderung einer Alkylgruppe auf. Bei der Zersetzung von tert.-Butylazid, wo eine 1,2-Hydridverschiebung nicht möglich ist, wird die nucleophile 1,2-Umlagerung unter Wanderung einer Methylgruppe zur Hauptreaktion. Intramolekulare C-H-Einschiebungsreaktionen unter Bildung von Pyrrolidinderivaten konnten nicht nachgewiesen werden. Intramolekulare C-H-Einschiebungen unter Bildung von Aziridinen traten in geringem Umfang bei der Zersetzung von Isobutyl- und tert.-Butylazid, in beträchtlichem Maße bei der Zersetzung von Äthylazid auf.Bei der Gasphasepyrolyse in Gegenwart von Cyclohexan wurden dieselben Produkte erhalten wie bei der reinen Azid-Pyrolyse. Eine intermolekulare C-H-Einschiebung unter Bildung der entsprechenden Cyclohexylamine ließ sich bei Einsatz von Stickstoffwasserstoffsäure, von Methylazid und von n-Butylazid nachweisen.Das bei der Autoklav-Pyrolyse von p-Toluolsulfonylazid in Cyclohexan entstehende Nitren reagiert zu 20% unter intermolekularer C-H-Einschiebung zu N-Cyclohexyl-ptoluolsulfonamid.

Ausgehend von dieser Zwischenstufe können durch Reaktion mit einem zweiten Molekül Arylisothiocyanat Dithiomalonsäurediamide dargestellt werden, deren N-Atome ungleich durch Arylreste substituiert sind. Derartige Verbindungen werden auch durch Umsetzen eines Gemisches zweier Senföle mit Natriumacetylaceton erhalten.

Aus dem experimentellen Material wird eine Theorie über die Strukturen der verankerten Komplexe und die Ursache der spezifischen Eigenschaften entwickelt. Die Verwertbarkeit dieser Ergebnisse liegt auf analytischem und metallurgischem Gebiet.

Je nach den Molverhältnissen können Dialkyl-aluminium-monochloride, Alkyl-aluminium-dichloride oder sog. „Alkyl-aluminium-sesquichloride“ erhalten werden. Ausgehend von Triisobutylaluminium oder Diisobutyl-aluminium-hydrid wurden mit α-Olefinen Tri-n-alkyl-aluminium-Verbindungen dargestellt und mit Aluminiumchlorid in den Molverhältnissen 2:1 und 1:2 umgesetzt. Es wird über Darstellung, Eigenschaften und IR-Spektren von n-Hexyl-, n-Octyl- und n-Decylaluminium-chloriden berichtet.

Offenbar handelt es sich um einen E-1-Mechanismus.

    Notes: Nach Feststellung der Verfasser wird bei der photochemischen Oxydation des Furfurol-diäthylacetals zunächst der Furanring abgebrochen und dann die Diäthylacetalgruppe eliminiert, wobei der ψ-Ester der Maleinaldehydsäure entsteht. Beim Furfurol-divinylacetal jedoch bleibt die Eliminierung der Acetalgruppe aus, da die nach vorausgegangenem Furanringabbruch entstandene Verbindung polymerisiert.Ferner wird aufgezeigt, daß das aus dem ψ-Ester der Maleinaldehydsäure entstandene Oxim in der Tat ein Oxim der Fumaraldehydsäure ist.

    Notes: Es wurden die 1:1-Chelate von N,N′-Bis-(pyridin-2-al)äthylendiimin (PAen) mit Sm(III), Eu(III) und Tb(III) als Nitrate dargestellt. Aus den IR-Spektren folgt, daß sowohl der Pyridin- als auch der Azomethinstickstoff und die Nitratgruppen im festen Zustand koordinieren. Diese Aussagen werden durch die Aufnahme der Fluoreszenzspektren an den festen Chelaten und Vergleich mit den ebenfalls untersuchten 1:2-Phenanthrolin-(Phen) bzw. α,α′-Dipyridyl(Dip) Komplexen sowie durch die Temperaturabhängigkeit der Fluoreszenz erhärtet.
